We will process your order as quickly as possible.   During busy periods it may take 2 working days for your order to be dispatched.   Postage is combined on multi-item orders.

UK Postage

Postage starts at £2.15 for Standard 2nd Class Royal Mail with a delivery estimate of 2 - 3 working days from dispatch

Parcels (i.e. bisque or rolls of piping) will be sent with Evri with a delivery estimate of 2 - 3 working days

Most UK domestic orders will be shipped to you using Royal Mail 2nd Class postage. Upgrades of 1st Class postage and next day guaranteed by 1pm (from date of dispatch) are available at an additional cost.   Items such as rolls of piping or kits will be shipped using Evri as standard and upgrades for different postal services will be available at an additional cost.

European Shipping

Postage starts at £5 Standard International Postage delivery estimate is 1 - 2 weeks

European International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard. An upgrade to International Tracked is available at an additional cost.

US Shipping

Since the US Administration announced that it's ending the de minimis exemption for tariffs we have switched to only sending out items using tracked services.  Postage starts at £11.50 with a delivery estimate of 1 - 2 weeks.

We will collect customs duties at checkout to avoid delays in customs

Canadian and Australian Shipping

Postage starts at £10 International tracked postage delivery estimate is 1 - 2 weeks

Canadian, Australian and New Zealand orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked. A tracking number will be entered onto your order once it is marked as dispatched and the progress of the item(s) through the postal system can be seen by clicking this number which will redirect you to the Royal Mail website.

For overseas customers, if you would like a quicker shipping option please contact me with your location and a brief description of what you would like to purchase (so I can have an idea of weight and size of the parcel) and I will endeavor to obtain a competitive quote with a courier.

Customs and import taxes

With the exception of US customers, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

If you would like to cancel or amend your order please contact us within 24 hours of purchase

If you would like to return an item(s) please contact us within 14 days of delivery and dispatch the items back within 21 days of delivery

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
