Honestly I couldn’t be happier with the buttons they have made us. Perfect buttons even after they said the material that I sent was giving them problems. They have still produced quality buttons that are going to go so nicely on my horse lorry. I couldn’t find anywhere else that made these buttons and so I am so glad I found ‘the crafty animal’ and they have done an amazing job so thankyou to whoever helped make these buttons :)

Further to my earlier review, the buttons arrived two days later. They are well made and exactly as described. I was particularly impressed by the concern expressed by customer services when my item had not arrived. Although the delay in receipt was disappointing this was almost certainly due to the ongoing problems with our postal service. Overall very satisfied.
